Creation Technologies, a portfolio company of Lindsay Goldberg, has acquired Applied Technical Services (ATS), an electronic manufacturing services provider based in Everett, Washington. The acquisition expands Creation's capabilities in aerospace, defense, medical, and tech industrial markets and adds locations in Everett, Washington and Hermosillo, Mexico.
