SIEMAG TECBERG GmbH, as the acquiring entity, merged with TECBERG HESE GmbH on 23 October 2020. The merger agreement was signed on that date.

SIEMAG TECBERG has been named an official Solution Partner of Siemens for Large Drives LV, expanding their long-standing customer/supplier relationship. The partnership follows SIEMAG TECBERG's investments in its TECBERG park headquarters, including new product assembly halls and test fields.
