Plastika Thrakis announced the permanent closure of its wholly owned subsidiary Thrace Linq Inc. in South Carolina, USA, and the transfer of its second needlepunch nonwoven production line to Thrace Nonwovens & Geosynthetics in Magiko, Xanthi, Greece.

Plastika Thrakis (Trace Plastics Co) invested €200,000 in machinery to add a surgical mask production line at its Xanthi facility, with capacity of about 100,000 masks per day.
