PolyFlex, part of Nefab Group, opened a two-building manufacturing and engineering campus in Wixom, Michigan, for returnable plastic packaging and protective solutions serving automotive and advanced manufacturing clients.
Nefab Group, through its subsidiary Nefab Packaging Netherlands B.V., has acquired Dutch companies Jase Packaging B.V., known for wood-based and HD corrugated packaging, and Heuman Verpakkingen B.V., a packing services provider. The deal strengthens Nefab's regional portfolio.
PolyFlex Products, part of Sweden's Nefab Group, will invest $8.3 million to open a new manufacturing facility in McMinnville, Warren County, Tennessee, creating 58 jobs. The plant will add material extrusion and reuse of end-of-life industrial packaging.
