Xinye Textile disclosed a convertible bond plan to raise up to CNY 1.6 billion for three projects: a 165,000-spindle high-grade spinning line in Awati, Xinjiang; a 120,000-spindle functional yarn line in Xinye, Henan; and eight medical nonwoven production lines in Xinye, Henan.
