Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, has acquired Denver-based US Mix Co., adding packaged dry mix and liquid compound production assets in Colorado. The deal strengthens Oldcastle APG's footprint in the Intermountain States.

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, announced the acquisition of dry mix manufacturer US MIX, including its US SPEC brand. The deal fills a gap in APG's dry mix footprint and adds a Denver, CO manufacturing facility.
