Ascend Performance Materials completed the acquisition of Italian companies Poliblend and Esseti Plast GD, expanding its portfolio into engineered plastics, recycled resins and masterbatches.

Ascend Performance Materials acquired Italian companies Esseti Plast GD and Poliblend from the D'Ottavio Group, including a shared manufacturing facility in Mozzate, Italy. The acquisitions were expected to close during Q2 2020; terms were not disclosed.
