Sulzer has completed the acquisition of industrial pumping solutions company Ensival Moret, combining their portfolios into a full line of pumps and mixing solutions.
Sulzer completed its acquisition of Ensival Moret (EM) from Moret Industries in Q1 2017. The business is being integrated into Sulzer's Pumps Equipment division.
Sulzer is in discussions to acquire Ensival Moret from Moret Industries for an enterprise value of about $83.6 million. Ensival, founded in 1905 and based in Saint-Quentin, France, had sales of about $120 million in 2015.
Swiss Sulzer is negotiating exclusively to buy French pump maker Ensival Moret for CHF 85 million (about EUR 80 million), with closing possible in Q2 2017 subject to shareholder approval, reported November 28, 2016.
