Casa Tarradellas

Nestlé agreed to sell a 60% stake of Herta to Casa Tarradellas and create a joint venture for Herta charcuterie and dough business in six European countries, valued at EUR 690 million. Nestlé will retain the Herta vegetarian business. Closing is anticipated in the first half of 2020.
