Dalrada Financial Corp. executed a term sheet for Tongrun International to exclusively manufacture Likido products in Bonham, Texas, for the North American market under a two-year agreement.

Likido Limited, a portfolio company of Dalrada Financial Corp., was awarded a grant from Innovate UK for repurposing HFC cryogenic chillers to use natural refrigerants, and aligned with CLIMAGAL S.L. for expansion in Spain, France, and Romania.

Dalrada Financial Corp. acquired Scotland-based Likido Limited, a manufacturer of high-temperature industrial heat pumps, for 6,118,000 common equity shares.
