The Industrial Development Fund approved a loan of RUB 464.1 million to the Transport Electrical Equipment Plant in Naberezhnye Chelny to upgrade and expand production of EDU-133PCh electric motors for diesel locomotives. Total project budget is RUB 590.3 million.
