Bel Fuse

On January 13, 2021, rms Connectors was acquired by Bel Fuse. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Bel Fuse Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all shares of EOS Power India Private Ltd. from EOS Power Panama Inc. The all-cash transaction, expected to close in Q1 2021, will add EOS's power product line and manufacturing footprint in India to Bel's Power Solutions segment.

CUI Global and Bel Fuse entered into an asset purchase agreement under which Bel Fuse will acquire the majority of CUI Global's Power business for $32 million, plus assumption of certain liabilities.
