JA Moody began offering cryogenic ball valves from Advanced Engineering Valves, a Belgian manufacturer owned by Emerson, to its marine customers as of May 5, 2020.
Emerson has acquired Advanced Engineering Valves, a Verviers, Belgium-based maker of ball valves for the LNG industry. Terms were not disclosed.
Emerson agreed to purchase the Valves & Controls business of Pentair for $3.15 billion, strengthening its global presence in control, isolation and pressure relief valves and actuation.
