Sanhua Intelligent Controls

Sanhua Intelligent Controls (Sanhua) signed a new long-term strategic cooperation agreement with Carrier Global Corporation, making Sanhua a member of the Carrier Alliance Program to develop new products including thermal expansion valves, microchannel heat exchangers, and variable frequency controllers.

Sanhua Intelligent Controls (三花智控) announced it has become the exclusive supplier of multiple valve products for BYD subsidiary FinDreams Technology's electric vehicle E-platform. The contract covers a 5-year lifecycle with a cumulative supply value of approximately ¥500 million, with mass production expected in 2021.

Sanhua Automotive Components, a subsidiary of Sanhua Intelligent Controls, has signed an exclusive worldwide deal to supply cooling system parts for BMW's electric vehicle platforms. The contract is valued at CNY 600 million (US$86 million) over the life of the vehicles, with mass production expected to begin in 2022.

Sanhua Auto Parts, a unit of Sanhua Intelligent Controls, signed a long-term contract to supply electronic water pumps to General Motors. The deal is expected to generate CNY 1 billion (USD 140 million) in revenue over five years, with pumps hitting the market in 2022.
