Metalloinvest starts construction of ball rolling mill at OEMK
Metalloinvest began construction of a ball rolling facility at Oskol Electrometallurgical Plant (OEMK) in Russia. The mill will produce about 43,000 mt of grinding balls annually, with an investment of RUB 1 billion ($14.98 million) and 85 new jobs.
