Amiad Water Systems

Amiad Water Systems entered into a conditional subscription agreement with FIMI for an investment of up to GBP 17.6 million through a subscription for new ordinary shares at GBP 2.30 per share. The announcement was made on February 27, 2020.

FIMI Opportunity Funds is in advanced talks to acquire up to 27% of Amiad Water Systems, which would give it a controlling stake. FIMI already holds 18% of the company. The stake could be worth up to GBP 17.4 million.
