ArcelorMittal Long Products Canada and Triple M Metal have formed a joint venture called Integrated Metal Recycling Inc., combining many of their recycling activities in Quebec. The JV includes Legault Métal sites from ArcelorMittal and Metrobec sites from Triple M.

ArcelorMittal Long Products Canada acquired the assets of Legault Métal Inc., a metals recycling company with four facilities in Quebec, Canada.
