Shandong Zhengkai New Materials Co., Ltd. is building a multi-variety intelligent spinning plant in Zaozhuang, Shandong, China. The project has a total investment of CNY 750 million, with three phases: Phase 1 is in trial production, Phase 2 to start production in January 2020, and Phase 3 to be completed by August 2020.
