Brook & Whittle Holdings has acquired Label Impressions, Inc., an Orange County, California label manufacturer serving household, beverage, beauty and food brands, expanding its US manufacturing network to the West Coast.

Brook and Whittle Holdings agreed to acquire Prime Package and Label Co LLC to grow its prime label business in pressure-sensitive and shrink-sleeve labels.
