BioPak

Australian compostable food packaging group BioPak has acquired Bygreen, a Buderim-based maker of paper straws and sustainable tableware. The deal was reported on 8 August 2025 and no value was disclosed.

BioPak, an Australian packaging company, announced its acquisition of Australian reusable cup company Huskee to strengthen its circular and reusable product offering.

Private equity group Five V Capital has agreed terms to acquire a 30% stake in Australian packaging brand BioPak, valuing the company at about $275 million.

Duni acquired 75% of BioPak Pty Ltd, a supplier of sustainable disposable food service packaging in Australia and New Zealand, for approximately SEK 410 million. A further 20% stake is subject to put and call options after five years.
