ASV Holdings Inc., a manufacturer of compact track loaders and skid steers, will increase production capacity by approximately 30% in Q1 2021 at its Grand Rapids, Minnesota facility, creating 28 new jobs.

Loegering, a subsidiary of ASV Holdings, will market attachments manufactured by Australian-based Schibeci in North America under a cobranding agreement. The line includes milling and grinding attachments for skid steers and compact track loaders.

Yanmar Group completed the acquisition of 100% of ASV Holdings Inc., a compact equipment manufacturer, for total consideration of $70.70 million.

Yanmar America will acquire ASV in an all-cash transaction valued at $7.05 per share, after approximately 80.7% of shares were voted in favor. The transaction is expected to close on September 11, 2019.
