CELSA starts construction of new rolling mill in France
Spanish steelmaker CELSA has started construction of a rolling mill at its CELSA France plant in Boucau and Tarnos, New Aquitaine. The €60 million investment will allow the plant to produce finished products from steel billets, and is planned to be operational within about 20 months.
