Josab Water Solutions has received a first order for 60 tons of Aqualite from its joint venture Josab (Beijing) Ecological Water Treatment Systems, valued at 120,000 euros. Delivery will occur in November 2020.

Josab Water Solutions signed a letter of intent with Eurotrade to form a joint venture (51% owned by Josab) to build a production facility for environmental products, including water treatment plants using Josab's Aqualite technology, in Szerencse, Hungary.

Josab Water Solutions AB has signed a term sheet to acquire 100% of the shares in Clear Industry Co. Ltd., a Hong Kong holding company with subsidiaries in China focused on kitchen waste and industrial wastewater treatment. The purchase price is based on 10x guaranteed average annual profit over 24 months, potentially up to 125 million RMB.

Josab Water Solutions AB signed a Heads of Terms for a joint venture with Beijing Win Fortune Technologies and Global Green Development Capital China to establish Josab's Aqualite water treatment technology in China. Josab will hold 49% equity; the Chinese partners will invest 14 million SEK initially.

Josab Water Solutions AB, Beijing Wanfangcheng Technology Co., and Global Green Development Capital China Ltd. signed multiple agreements on October 16, 2019, to form a joint venture and license Josab's Aqualite water treatment technology in China. The JV will be 49% owned by Josab, with the remaining 51% split between the two Chinese partners. Additionally, Wanfangcheng and Global Green Capital will invest SEK 14 million in Josab for 7 million new shares, with potential further investment of SEK 216 million via warrants over three years.

Josab Water Solutions AB signed a memorandum of understanding with Global Green Wisdom Investment Management (Beijing) and Beijing Wanfangcheng Technology to form a Chinese joint venture for exclusive licensing of Aqualite technology. The partners are negotiating a phased investment of about 230 million SEK over three years.
