Fidelity Building Services Group

Fidelity Building Services Group acquired Smart Building Technologies, a provider of building automation systems in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. The deal expands Fidelity BSG's building automation service offerings.

United Mechanical, Inc. (UMI) announced its partnership with Fidelity Building Services Group, adding the full-service mechanical contracting company to Fidelity's growing portfolio. UMI provides commercial HVAC, electrical and plumbing services in Southwest Florida.

Fidelity Building Services Group acquired four Star Service locations in Houston, TX; Jackson, MS; New Orleans, LA; and Mobile, AL, expanding its HVAC services into the Southeast and Southwest regions.
