Whitcraft Group

Funds managed by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and Greenbriar Equity Group completed the acquisition and combination of Whitcraft Group and Paradigm Precision, forming a new company called Pursuit Aerospace, a global manufacturer of complex aircraft engine components.

Whitcraft merged with Paradigm Precision in February 2023 to form Pursuit Aerospace. Whitcraft manufactures precision parts for aircraft and engine industries.

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and Greenbriar Equity agreed to acquire Paradigm Precision from Carlyle and also acquire Whitcraft Group, with plans to combine the two companies into a scaled manufacturer of aviation engine components.

Whitcraft Group acquired the assets of LAI International's operations in Scarborough, Maine, and Tempe, Arizona, for an undisclosed sum. The facilities, which employ 200 people, will be renamed Whitcraft Scarborough and Whitcraft Tempe.
