Accursia Capital acquires Plati Elettroforniture from Mutares
Accursia Capital acquired Plati Elettroforniture S.R.L., a producer of cable harnesses, including its two production sites in Poland and Ukraine, from Mutares. The company generates approximately EUR 22 million in revenue with over 450 employees.

Mutares acquires 80% of Plati Elettroforniture
Mutares AG signed an agreement to acquire 80% of Plati Elettroforniture S.p.A., a European supplier of cable harnesses, from Chinese Deren Group. The transaction is expected to close by June 2019.
