Spineway's subsidiary Spine Innovations received GMED approval for a new production line dedicated to LP-ESP and CP-ESP intervertebral disc prostheses in La Rochelle, France. The line doubles production capacity and first LP-ESP prostheses went into production in June 2025.

Spineway confirmed its acquisition of a 6.9% equity stake in Integral Medical Solutions (IMS), a healthcare holding company in Latin America and Africa, with an option to increase to 52% in 3-4 years.
