Nissei

ITOCHU Corporation acquired a 20% stake in NISSEI Corporation, a maker of soft serve ice cream ingredients, production equipment, and containers, to combine NISSEI's manufacturing with ITOCHU's global procurement and sales network.

Japanese Nissei and Italian EVIRT Italia, both rolling machine makers, have co-established a brand named 'Nissei·EVIRT' to co-develop Japan and EU markets. They will first purchase main products from each other.
