Capital Power Corporation has agreed to acquire Goreway Power Station Holdings Inc., which owns the 875 MW Goreway natural gas combined cycle facility in Ontario, for $387 million in cash plus the assumption of $590 million in debt. The acquisition is expected to close in Q2 2019.
