Glaukos Corporation

Glaukos Corporation will acquire Avedro, Inc. in an all-stock transaction to establish a corneal health franchise. The deal is expected to close in Q4 2019.

Glaukos Corporation entered into a definitive agreement to acquire DOSE Medical Corporation for $2.5 million in cash plus performance-based consideration. DOSE Medical develops sustained-release drug delivery platforms for retinal diseases. The transaction is expected to close in the current quarter.

Santen's US subsidiary entered a multi-year agreement making Glaukos the exclusive US distributor of the MicroShunt, a glaucoma surgical device, pending FDA approval.
