Suntar Membrane Technology and Shaanxi Water Group Sewage Treatment Co. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on April 14, 2021 in Xi'an. They plan to establish an R&D center for membrane materials and wastewater resource utilization, a wastewater treatment O&M company, and a membrane product and equipment manufacturing company.

Yunnan Hexu Environment Technology and Shaanxi Water Group Sewage Treatment Co. signed an agreement to establish a joint venture, Shaanxi Water Hexu Environment Equipment Co., in Xi'an. The venture will focus on decentralized wastewater treatment equipment manufacturing and R&D for the Northwest China region.
