Edycem

Edycem, a subsidiary of Herige, finalized the acquisition of six ready-mix concrete plants from BHR in Sarthe and Mayenne, France. The deal includes 35 employees and annual revenue of about €10 million.

HERIGE's subsidiary EDYCEM has entered exclusive negotiations with BHR to acquire six concrete plants in Sarthe and Mayenne, France. The plants employ 35 people and generate about €10 million in annual turnover. The acquisition is expected to close by March 2020.

Edycem, the concrete subsidiary of Groupe Herige, acquired Béton du Poher, which operates three concrete plants in Quimper, Rédéné and Carhaix, France.
