Sogeclair

Sogeclair has signed a memorandum of understanding with Akkodis for the sale of its engineering activities dedicated to Airbus. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.

MSB Group, a unit of Sogeclair SA, is investing $2.7 million to expand production in Boucherville, Quebec, with support from government loans. The investment will create about 15 jobs.

Sogeclair is adding 5,000 m² to its Saint-Martin-du-Touch plant in Toulouse, France, for a total of 7,500 m², to house new industrial operations including A350 hatch production, additive manufacturing, and simulation activities. The investment is €10 million.
