Sekisui Voltek LLC will build a $39 million second plant adjacent to its current facility in Coldwater, Michigan, to increase polyolefin foam production capacity by about 20%. The project is in final planning phases, with groundbreaking expected in early 2023 and completion in 2024.

Sekisui Voltek, a lightweight flexible foam manufacturer, proposes a $13.8 million investment in equipment, facility and technology improvements in Coldwater, Michigan, creating 22 new jobs and transferring 10 employees.
