Murray & Roberts

Wood agreed to sell its Terra Nova Technologies conveying and material handling business to Cementation Americas, owned by Murray & Roberts, for expected cash proceeds of $38 million. Closing is expected in the June quarter of 2019.

Murray & Roberts, through its Cementation Americas unit, acquired 100% of Terra Nova Technologies for US$38 million. TNT designs and supplies overland conveyors, crushing systems, and stacking systems for mining.
