U.S. Chiller Services

Dalkia, an EDF subsidiary, announced the closing of a purchase agreement to acquire U.S. Chiller Services companies from shareholders including Al Shirawi Group. The companies specialize in operations and maintenance of large cooling production plants in the Middle East and the United States.

U.S. Chiller Services (USCS) was awarded a five-year contract for the comprehensive operation, maintenance, services and energy optimisation of three district cooling plants for Abu Dhabi National Oil Company at Ruwais City, Abu Dhabi, starting March 1, 2019.
