Allnex

PTTGC International (Netherlands) B.V., a subsidiary of PTT Global Chemical, completed the acquisition of allnex, an industrial coating resins producer. The completion was announced on December 30, 2021.

Seeq Corporation announced agreements with Covestro and allnex to deploy Seeq on Amazon Web Services as their corporate analytics solution for manufacturing data analysis and production improvement.

ChemPoint, a subsidiary of Univar Solutions, announced a partnership with allnex for marketing, sales, and distribution of the UVEKOL glass laminating system in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
