Owens Corning announced a definitive agreement to acquire all outstanding shares of Masonite International Corporation for $133.00 per share in cash, with an implied transaction value of approximately $3.9 billion. The acquisition strengthens Owens Corning's position in residential building materials.

Masonite International Corporation will acquire PGT Innovations, Inc. for $3.0 billion in cash and stock, combining door and window solutions. The transaction is expected to close in the first full year post-close.
