PGT Innovations signed a definitive agreement to acquire a 75% ownership stake in Eco Window Systems for $108 million. Eco is a manufacturer of aluminum impact-resistant windows and doors in South Florida.

PGT Innovations signed a definitive agreement to acquire NewSouth Window Solutions, a manufacturer and installer of energy-efficient windows and doors, for $92 million in cash. NewSouth has showrooms in Florida and South Carolina.

PGT Innovations acquired Arizona-based Western Window Systems for $360 million. Western Window Systems will become a wholly owned subsidiary and continue as a separate brand. The combined company expects net sales of $706-732 million.

PGT Innovations, through its subsidiary PGT Industries, entered into a Product Supply and Sales Agreement with Kuraray America for polyvinyl butyral and ionoplast interlayer products. PGT will purchase 100% of its requirements from Kuraray through December 31, 2019.
