Gleason has completed the acquisition of the Faessler Honing Business, adding new capabilities to its product lines.

Gleason announced it will acquire the Faessler Honing Business from the Daetwyler Group. The acquisition was reported in May 2019.

Gleason Corporation signed a definitive agreement to acquire all assets of Daetwyler's Faessler gear honing business, including machines, workholding and tools, for an undisclosed amount.
