Osmoflo is investing in Aqua Membranes as part of its Series B fundraising, with support from Kanadevia Corporation, to expand manufacturing capacity in the US.

Osmoflo, in consultation with shareholder Kanadevia Corporation, has announced a strategic investment and exclusive partnership with Aqua Membranes for distribution of 3D Printed Spacer Technology membranes in Australia, New Zealand and Pacific markets.

Aqua Membranes announced a new round of funding led by Burnt Island Ventures to expand production of reverse osmosis membrane elements. Funds will be used to establish a new manufacturing facility in Knoxville, Tennessee, and increase capacity.

Pentair plc has closed a minority equity investment in Aqua Membranes, a company with patented 3D printed spacer technology for reverse osmosis membrane elements. The investment aims to expand Pentair's residential and commercial water treatment offerings.
