Automation & Robotics Technology (A&RT), a specialist in high-speed robotic automation, was acquired by a private investor group comprising Foodmach, Packaging Partners, Rob Niggl and Frank Floriano. The acquisition aims to drive growth and expand into new sectors, with A&RT continuing to operate independently.

Packaging Partners has purchased the assets and design IP of Adaptapack, the robotic case packing technology business developed by Walls Machinery, which went into administration.
