Miwon Specialty Chemical Co. USA broke ground on a $20 million, 65,000-square-foot production facility at Pineview Industrial Park in Richland County, South Carolina. It will be the company's first U.S. plant, producing raw materials for UV and electron beam markets, and is expected to create 25 jobs.
