Dongfeng Hongtai, Faurecia China and Dongfeng PO entered into a tripartite equity acquisition and integration agreement. Under the agreement, Dongfeng Hongtai will acquire and integrate Dongfeng Faurecia's exterior business, focusing on automotive plastic rear doors.
