Etem Bulgaria and Gestamp North Europe Services have received regulatory approval to create two new joint ventures in Bulgaria, with a €30 million investment program over three years for a new extrusion press and equipment for aluminum profile processing.

Etem Bulgaria, a Viohalco subsidiary, signed an investment agreement with Gestamp to form joint ventures for extruding and processing aluminium profiles for the automotive industry. Around EUR 30 million will be invested in a new extrusion line and machinery in Bulgaria.

Etem Bulgaria plans to invest approximately €30 million over three years for a new extrusion press line and related machinery in Bulgaria, as part of a joint venture agreement with Gestamp.
