Kellstrom Defense's Williams Aerospace and Manufacturing (WAM) has acquired Aerospace Welding, Inc., a provider of precision welding for aerospace and defense markets. Terms were not disclosed.

Kellstrom Holding Corporation announced the grand opening of a 25,000-square-foot operating facility for its Williams Aerospace & Manufacturing business in Chula Vista, California, to support global defense customers.

Kellstrom Defense Aerospace acquired Williams Aerospace and Manufacturing, a San Diego County-based manufacturer of defense aircraft parts. The combined companies are expected to exceed $160 million in 2019 sales.
