Maillis Group, a manufacturer of end-of-line packaging equipment, was acquired by Sigma Plastics Group and Teufelberger on April 4, 2022. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Duravant LLC acquired Wulftec International, Inc., a North American leader in end-of-line stretch-wrapping equipment based in Quebec, Canada.
