Mubadala

Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems (MHPS) has received an order for three M701 JAC gas turbine generators for a 2,400 MW combined cycle power plant in Fujairah, UAE. The contract includes a Long Term Service Agreement. Full commercial operation is scheduled for 2023.

Siemens won a contract to supply an H-class gas turbine for a 600MW combined cycle power plant at Emirates Global Aluminum's smelter in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The plant will be built by a joint venture between Dubal and Mubadala, with EGA buying power for 25 years.

ENGIE acquired a 40% stake in National Central Cooling Company PJSC (Tabreed) from Mubadala Investment Company, making ENGIE a key shareholder alongside Mubadala which retains 42%. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
