Glaston to acquire Bystronic Glass Group from Conzzeta
Glaston Corp. signed an agreement to acquire the Bystronic Glass Group from Swiss industrial holding company Conzzeta AG. The transaction is expected to close by the end of Q1 2019, subject to regulatory approval.
