Bystronic, part of Conzzeta Group, signed an agreement to acquire a 70% majority stake in Italian automation specialist Antil S.p.A. for an undisclosed amount. The transaction is expected to close in the coming weeks.

Bystronic, part of the Conzzeta Group, has signed an agreement to fully acquire Italian technology company TTM Laser S.p.A., which specializes in 3D laser cutting applications for tubes and profiles.

The Woodbridge Group acquired 100% ownership of Woodbridge FoamPartner and renamed it Woodbridge Technical Products (WTP), continuing to manufacture slab urethane foams for consumer products, automotive, filtration, medical and industrial markets.

Conzzeta has signed a binding agreement to fully acquire Otto Bock Kunststoff, a German foam materials producer with €130 million revenue in 2016. The deal includes a joint venture in China and is expected to close in H2 2017.
